Overview

Pay Link Card is a local payment-information card app. It lets you enter, display, copy, share, save, and print payment information you choose to provide. It is not a payment processor: it does not connect to payment accounts, process or verify payments, complete transactions, or track transactions.

Information we collect

We do not collect, receive, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information through Pay Link Card. The app does not require an account and does not use advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, or tracking technologies.

Information stored on your device

Information you enter is stored locally in the app's private storage on your device. It may include your card title, payment-method names and details, payment instructions or notes, a logo you select, and QR-code images you select. This information is not uploaded to our servers.

You control what you enter and what you choose to copy, display, share, save, or print.

Photo library access

Pay Link Card accesses photos only when you choose an image for a logo or QR code. When you choose to save an exported card image, the app may ask permission to add that image to your photo library. It does not scan your photo library in the background or upload your photos to us. You can change photo permissions at any time in your device settings.

Copying, sharing, saving, and printing

These actions happen only when you choose them. If you share information with another app or service, that app or service may handle it under its own privacy policy. We do not control how third parties handle information you decide to share with them.

Payment providers

Pay Link Card is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or another payment provider. Provider names are plain-text labels for payment options chosen by you. The app does not include official provider logos or access provider accounts. Provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Data retention and deletion

We do not keep a server-based copy of your card data. You can edit or delete information in the app, or remove the app from your device to remove its locally stored application data, subject to backups managed by your operating system or device settings. Because we do not receive or store this data on servers, we cannot retrieve, restore, or remotely delete it.

Security

Your information remains protected by the security and access controls of your device. You are responsible for choosing what to enter, display, copy, or share. Do not enter passwords, verification codes, full payment card numbers, bank-login credentials, or other information that should remain secret.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Pay Link Card's features or privacy practices change. The updated policy will appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
